This document constitutes a legally binding agreement (this “Agreement”) between you (“you” or “customer(s)”) and Ping On Collection Co. ("Ping On Collection Co.", "we" or "us”) which operates the website with the domain name, pingoncollectionco.com (the “Site”).
This Agreement documents your rights and responsibilities and ours with regards to (a) your access to the Site and/or the Shop; (b) your use of the Site and/or the Shop; (c) any communications sent from Ping On Collection Co; (d) all information, products, services, and materials contained on the Site and/or the Shop.
By entering the Site and/or the Shop you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) referred to in this Agreement (set out below) and any future alterations we may make subsequently.
If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Site or the Shop. We may change the Terms from time to time and if we change the Terms, we will post the revised document here, so you should review them each time that you visit the Site and/or the Shop. 1a.Anyone who enters the Site and/or the Shop is deemed a user. You are free to enter the Site and/or the Shop whenever you wish whilst adhering to all the relevant terms and conditions referred to in the Terms.
1b.The use of the Site and/or the Shop is permitted for personal use only. Please remember that it is illegal to re-publish, sell, reproduce or otherwise exploit any items on the Site or the Shop for material purposes from the Site or the Shop, or create any item based on the content of the Site or the Shop.
1c.You alone are absolutely responsible for any information sent to us and its accuracy and validity. You agree that you will not use and that you will not allow the use of any device or method that could possibly interfere with the Site and/or the Shop. You may access and view the content appearing on the Site and/or the Shop for personal, non-commercial use only.
1d.We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and the Shop and the material published on them. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
2. GENERAL
2a.Any information, content or opinions given on the Site and/or the Shop are purely subjective and we cannot guarantee its fitness for purpose or accuracy.
2b.The contents of the Site and/or the Shop, do not represent any form of advice by us and is not intended to be used as such. We reserve the right to change the content at any time and will not be held liable for any failure during a purchase or at any time whilst using the Site and/or the Shop.
2c.Please be absolutely sure you wish to purchase an item before you commit to buy it. If you fail to contact us with payment details by the agreed date, the item will no longer be reserved for you and will be offered to other potential clients.

3. IMAGES OF THE GOODS
Goods for sale on the Site and/or the Shop (the “Goods”) may vary slightly from images of them as shown on the Site and/or the Shop or as provided by Ping On Collection Co. (the “Images”). Images are for illustrative purposes only and the colours of the Goods may vary slightly from that as shown on the Images. Although Ping On Collection Co. will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the colours of the Goods are accurately shown on the Images, Ping On Collection Co. do not guarantee that the colours as shown in the Images accurately reflect the colours of the Goods. Customers who do not accept the colour variation between the Goods and the Images should not place any orders.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
4a. With respect to a Good which is located in Hong Kong, the customer shall pay the full agreed purchase price of the Good (the “Purchase Price”) within 5 days from the date on which Ping On Collection Co. confirms the order to the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
5. DELIVERY & HANDLING
5a. We only offer pickup at our store.
6. RETURNS
6a. All items we sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
7a. Any statement by Ping On Collection Co. as to the authorship, origin, date, age medium, attribution, genuineness, provenance or condition (the “Statements”) is a statement of opinion only based on Ping On Collection Co.’s understanding of the generally accepted opinion of previous owners, scholars, experts and/or the industry current at or about the time of sale, and no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, is given by Ping On Collection Co. in respect of the Statements or the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the Statements. Any reliance you place on the Statements is therefore strictly at your own risk.
7b. Goods are sold with all faults and imperfections and the customer should satisfy themselves by inspection as to their condition or otherwise and rely on their own judgment. Goods are not warranted fit for any particular purpose unless the customer makes clear the purpose for which the Goods are intended and Ping On Collection Co. sells the Goods to the customer on that basis and with knowledge of the intended purpose. The customer should satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the Goods for any intended purpose. Ping On Collection Co. will not be responsible for any subsequent deterioration of the Goods, howsoever occasioned, after the Contract has been entered.
7c. Ping On Collection Co. shall not be liable to the customer by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term or any duty at common law or under the express terms of the Contract, for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss or profit or otherwise howsoever), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by the negligence of Ping On Collection Co., its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods or their use or resale by the customer, except as expressly agreed in writing by Ping On Collection Co. to the consumer for distance and off-premises sales.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never give your details or information out to any third party except as may be required for provision of service relating to any purchase, with your express consent or otherwise as required by law. We will store your data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong). All transactions are strictly confidential and we will not have access to your credit card details.
9. DISCLAIMER
9a.The information contained in the Site and/or the Shop is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Ping On Collection Co. and while we endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the Site, the Shop, the Goods or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Site or the Shop for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
9b.In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Site and/or the Shop.
9c.Through the Site and/or the Shop you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Ping On Collection Co. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those websites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
9d.Every effort is made to keep the Site and/or the Shop up and running smoothly. However, Ping On Collection Co. takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Site or the Shop being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People’s Republic of China ("Hong Kong"), and subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong legislation. You agree that any claim or litigation derived from or related to this Agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong.
